Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms. Please review it carefully when purchasing prints or other products from Reneé Thompson; it applies to every order you place with us.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer several shipping options. In some cases a third-party lab or supplier may fulfil and ship your order on our behalf.

Free shipping: we offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.

If you choose an expedited option, we'll follow up after your order with any additional shipping details.

All times and dates given for delivery are made in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries. We are currently unable to deliver to the following countries: China, Russia. Free standard shipping is valid on international orders.

Some international deliveries may be subject to rules, restrictions, taxes, and duties over which we have no control. Where this applies, you are responsible for complying with the laws of the country where you live and for any such additional costs or taxes.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Damaged or defective items

Prints are produced to order. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement. Made-to-order items are otherwise final sale.
